Pine | Arsi Refissa Ibrahim

The intense and textured flavors from Pine Coffee Supply is quickly making them a favorite with us here at Chewuch Coffee. This batch from Eithiopia is no different.

Arsi Refissa Ibrahim is a very bright and fruity coffe, perfect for waking up early on bright summer morning. We absolutely got the berries up front, and the blueberry notes lingered with us upon exhaling.

There are also clear notes of a well-decanted wine, which Pine has interpreted as Cabernet. We loved this coffee so much we’re using it as our lead “out of valley” feature for our first popup event. Given the Cab notes on the back end, it’s probably appropriate that we’ll be pouring it at the Ryzo Wines tasting room.
