Pop Up Event!

Hey Friends!

We’re excited. This Saturday, June 1st, we’re putting on a Pop Up Coffee Event at Ryzo Wines in downtown Twisp from 8-11am.

Ryzo Wines are local to the Methow and famous for their low intervention style, highlighting the natural flavors of both the fruit and where it was grown. They’ve been gracious enough to host us in the morning.

Instead of pouring wine that morning, we’ll be pouring coffee. Come by before you hit the Farmer’s Market to get a cup. Better yet, linger over a coffee tasting flight.

We’ll feature beans from coffee roasters near and far. We’ll have enough of a variety to give you a spectrum of flavor from fruity to earthy.

If you’ve got the time, at 10am we’re putting on a Pour Over Clinic. It’s a show-and-taste the dos and don’ts of using the Hario V60 pour over. We’ll taste what the effects of grind size, grind age, water temperature and pouring technique can have on a cup of coffee. There should be plenty of time afterwards for some hands on practice.

Space is limited for the clinic. Sign up early to reserve your spot.

We’ll have coffee for sale, coffee beans for sale and even some pour over equipment and tasting bowls.

See you out there!
