Pine | Finca Rosita

Every coffee I get from Pine Coffee Supply seems to have the “saturation” knob turned up to 11.  Pine Finca Rosita offering from Bolivia is a great example of this. It’s bright, tart around the edges really, but it’s not quite a lemon flavor, but more of a soft lime. There are notes of grape for sure with something of an apple cider after taste.

The coffee is not unsmooth despite these tart flavors. Unusually for me, I finished off the entire tasting pour and almost sucked the entire cupping dry. Very good!
